A clinical case study of noncompact left ventricular cardiomyopathy in a 57-year-old female patient

In this case, we present to you a 57-year-old female patient, who came to the clinic for diagnostic clarification and treatment, due to complaints of pronounced shortness of breath and easy fatigue, provoked by lighter physical efforts, with a history of symptoms of four to five days. The patient has no history of known cardiovascular disease. In the course of the diagnostic algorithm, echocardiography, coronary angiography, and ventriculography were performed. From the tests performed, we objectified cardiomyopathy type of non-compact left ventricle, with severely reduced pumping function.
