The presentation outlines the most common reasons for switching biological therapy in patients with psoriatic arthritis. It includes an analysis of five patients aged between 30 and 74 years with psoriatic arthritis who required a change in their biological therapy. Various indications for discontinuation of a given biological agent are discussed, including the development of antibodies against it, insufficient effect on disease activity, occurrence of adverse drug reactions, or contraindications.
