Clinical case spontaneous dissection of coronary artery artery

Abstract

We present a clinical case of a patient with spontaneous coronary dissection after recent
surgery and severe psycho-emotional stress, who underwent cardiac surgical revascularization and was
discharged in good condition. Patent coronary bypass is detected during follow-up and control coronary angiography.
