Abstract

The evaluation of diagnostics and differential diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome is a professional problem not only for cardiologists, but for medical doctors with other specialties. The article summarizes several mistakes and gaps in the history of disease, the clinical examination and the standard diagnostic procedures. The rapid diagnostics and right treatment in acute coronary syndrome are the main conditions for preventing heavy complications and death of the patient.
